General and Governour in Chief of the Provinces of New York, <br>New Jersey &amp;c. in the Sum of One Thousand Pounds Current Lawful Money of <br>America. To be paid to his said Excellency the Governour, or to his Successors <br>or Assigns. For the which Payment well and truly to be made and done, We do <br>bind our Selves, our Heirs, Executors, and administrators, and every of them, <br>joyntly &amp; severally, Firmly by these Presents, Sealed with our Seals, dated the <br>thirtieth Day of May in the tenth year of his Majesties Reign, Annoq; Domini <br>1724</blockquote></line><line><blockquote><br>The Condition of this Obligation is such, That if the above-bounded Ann<br>Anderson &amp; Eliakim Anderson Administrators of all and singular the Good<br>Chattels and Credits of Cornelius Anderson late of Hopewell in the County of <br>Hunterdon Deceased, do make or cause to be made a true and perfect Inventory of <br>all and singular the Goods, Chattels and Credits of the said Deceased, which <br>have or shall come to the hands, possession or knowledge of the said Annah &amp; <br>Eliakim Anderson or into the hands of any other Person or Persons for their use <br>for the same, so made, exhibit or cause to be exhibited into the Registry of the <br>Prerogative Court in the Secretary's Office of the Province of New Jersey at or <br>before the Second Day of September next ensuing, and the same Goods, Chattels <br>and Credits of the said Deceased at the time of his Death, or which at any time <br>after shall come to the hands or possession of any other Person or Persons for <br>their use do well and truly administer according to Law; and further, do make or <br>cause to be made a just and true Account of said Administration at or before the <br>Eighteenth Day of September next Ensuing And all the rest and residue of the <br>said Goods, Chattels and Credits which shall be found remaining upon the said <br>Administrators Account, the same being first examined and allowed of by the <br>Judge, for the time being, of the said Prerogative Court, shall deliver and pay <br>unto such person or Persons, respectively, as the said Judge, for the time <br>being, of the said Court, by his Decree or Sentence, pursuant tot he true intent <br>and meaning of an Act of Parliament made in the 22the &amp; 23th years of the Reign <br>of King Charles the second, entitled, An act for settling Intestates Estates, <br>shall limit and appoint. Annah Anderson and Eliakim <br>Anderson, administrators of all and singular the Goods and Chattels Rights and <br>Credits of Cornelius Anderson late of Hopewell in the County of Hunterdon --- <br>Deceased Who on their solemn oaths which they took on the holy Evangelists of <br>almighty God, Do Depose and Swear that the said Cornelius Anderson Dyed without <br>a Will as far as they know and believe, and that hey will well and truly <br>administer all and singular the Goods Chattels &amp; Credits of the said Decd. so <br>far forth as the same shall come to their or either of their knowledge <br>possession or use or to the possession or knowledge of any other person for <br>their use, and that they will pay the Debts of the Deceased so far forth as the <br>same goods Chattells and credits will thereunto Extend or the same charge; and <br>that they will make and Exhibit at True and perfect Inventory as will render a <br>just and --- when thereunto required<br> Annah Anderson (her mark)<br> Eliakim Anderson</blockquote></line><line><p>&nbsp;</p></line></content></metadataxml>
