Her father and mother were natives of North Carolina, but moved to Grayson County, Virginia. She and Alfred were married, but a record of the marriage has not been found. Her sister, Margaret Stamper, married Eli Anderson, the son of James &amp;amp; Polly Bonham Anderson, on February 18, 1855 in Grayson County. Her other sister, Sarah Ann Stamper, married Wylie Anderson, the son of Harvey &amp;amp; Keziah Holloway Anderson.Richard and Mary Stamper and their daughters, sons-in-law and grandchildren all appear in the the 1860 census of Lee County, Virginia.&amp;nbsp; The whole crew moved again, were enumerated in the 1870 census of Jessamine County. The Osborne family also lived in Owen and Woodford Counties, before moving to Garrard County and settling there. Alfred and Charity were the parents of ten children; Marshall Elsberry, Cynthia, Sarah Ann, Ulysses Grant, Boyd, Albert, John, Jesse, Leroy (Lee Roy) and Sherman.&amp;bull;Obituary-Last Thursday morning about 8:30 o'clock Uncle Davis Case dropped dead as he was going from home to a neighbor's house. He was buried at Mt. Hebron at 3 p.m. the following day. The same day Mrs. Charity Osborn [sic Osborne] died at her home near Judson, with pneumonia. She had only been sick three days. Interment at Mt.
