[Matthew Rust married Winifred Cox, sister of Ann Cox.]&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Daughter Jane Cox married Henry Boggess of Northumberland Co. before 29 Oct 1733.&lt;br&gt;Westmoreland Co., VA Deed Bk 8,p276-278. 29 Oct 1733. Henry Boggess, yeoman, and Jane his wife of Prince William Co., VA. Lease to Matthew Rust and Robert Boggess of Cople Parish, Westmoreland Co., VA, planters, 100 acres of land for 5000 pounds of tobacco, property in Cople Parish, Westmoreland Co., VA near the head of Yeocomoco River bounded upon the land of Thos. Bennett &amp;amp; Robert Smith. The previous owner was Richard Holden. Witnesses: Junr. Sutton, George Leives. Signed Henry Boggess, Jane (X her mark) Boggess. Recorded 28 Jan 1734. Jane Boggess, posthumus dau of Vincent Cox, decd., born 6 months after his death so that he made no provisions for her in his estate as his other children.
