<metadataxml><content><line>&lt;p&gt;Admitted to record at Waynesburg on November 30, 1840&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In the name of God, Amen. I, George Miller, of Whitely Township, Greene County, and State of Pennsylvania, do ordain and make this my last will and testament.&amp;nbsp; I will that my mortal soul retrun to God who gave it and my body to the dust from whence it came; that my burial be plain and decent, without pomp or pride. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Item 1st. I will and devise that all my just debts be paid. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Item 2nd. I will and devise to my son Peter Miller one hundred dollars to be paid to him twelve months after my decease, or as soon thereafter as the said one humdred dollars can be made out of my real and personal estate. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Item 3rd.&amp;nbsp; I will and devise to my son William Miller one hundred dollars to be paid to him in twelve months after my decease, or as soon thereafter as the said one hundred dollars can be made out of my personal and real estate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Item 4. I will and devise to my son George Miller fifty dollars to be paid to him in twelve months after my decrease or as soon thereafter as the money can be made out of my real and personnal estate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Item 5.&amp;nbsp; I will and devise to my son William Miller&amp;#39;s son Lewis my brass clock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Item 6th. I will and devise to my son William&amp;#39;s daughter Catherine my feather bed and bedding.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;Item 7. I will and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my real and personal estate to my daughters Margaret Renner, Elizabeth Shultz, Catherine Haines, Marry Phillips, Susannah Rose and Sarah Calvert, to be equally divided amongst them, and Lastly I constitute my loving son William Miller and my friend and neighbor Joab Bailey my executors of this my last will and testament. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;*** In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal this thirteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-seven.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</line></content></metadataxml>
