It&amp;#39;s located at 200 W Tiffin St in Fostoria,Ohio.It was built around Feb 1893 by Andrew Emerine Sr.The mansion cost around $8,000.00 at the time.The home is from the Romanesque period,built from local native limestone.The home contains 4,768 square feet of living space, not counting the full basement and attic. The first floor contains a center foyer,library,parlor and formal dining room all with fire place, a sitting room, sun room,kitchen, butler&amp;#39;s pantry,food pantry and laundry room. On the second floor is a center hall,sitting room suite,four bedrooms,one with fireplace, and a seperate maid&amp;#39;s quarters with a bedroom and combo bedroom/sitting room.There are 13 beveled Fostoria glass windows, leaded and stained in the building.It is listed on the Historic Resgister.
