Andy Jack has been thought to be her&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">son and many of those descendants claim he was fathered by a man named Solomon&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">Sheets in Ashe County, NC. </span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">Abraham Miller, born 1831 is also thought to be a&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">son of the same Sheets man. However, to date, there is not conclusive proof&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">as to the parentage of these two men. </span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">George Washington Miller was born&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">about 1837 and it is this line I desend from. This George married Mary Salmons&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">and they too were in Fleming County in 1860, however they had two children by&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">then and this George joined the Confederacy in Magoffin County, next to&nbsp;</span><br style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;"><span style="font-family: monospace; font-size: medium; line-height: normal;">Floyd County.</span></p></line></content></metadataxml> |
