font-size: small;">Dollars in Money and I release to her any claim that I may have<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">to two small tracts of Land on Rock Creek, joining George Johnson</span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">&amp; others the same that she had at the time of our marraige and that<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">she is to have nothing of my Estate.&nbsp; I further will that so soon<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">as possible after my decease that my Executors or administrators as<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">the case may be shall proceed to sell all the property that may belong<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">to my estate and that is not specially willed at public sale<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">to the highest bidder on a credit of twelve months with<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">interest from date of sale and to take bond with good security&nbsp;</span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">in all cases to secure the payment of the money.&nbsp; My will is<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">that my two servants Bob and his wife Clary be sold<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Wm D Reynolds be collected by my Executors or administra</span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">-tors, and that the proceeds of Said bond be paid over<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Equally to my lawful heirs with the exception of the Said</span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">LC &amp; Wm E Reynolds and that I think I give them two <br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">said sons at least as much as their full and proper<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">parts of my lands in theire purchase from me of<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">the same and further will is that all the money arising <br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">from the sale of all my property be collected and<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Negroe girl named Caroline and in part of the <br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">Said negroe Girl I took the bond of the said<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">David Cauthrane for the Sum of two hundred dollars<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">said bond bearing date the 9th day of Nov 1836 now my will<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">is that said bond shall be charged to the said Cothrane <br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;">and his wife with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent<br></span></p></line><line><p><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;
