font-size: small;"&gt;I John Reynolds Snr. of the County and&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;State aforesaid do her&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;by make ordain and publish this as my&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;last will and testament as follows towit I first will that after my&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;out of my Estate, I further will that my beloved wife Elizabeth &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Reynolds shall have out of my Estate two feather beds [illegible] and the&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;necessary covering and furniture One dining Table and Chest Six Chairs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;[illegible] and ten pegs and five hundred&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Dollars in Money and I release to her any claim that I may have&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;to two small tracts of Land on Rock Creek, joining George Johnson&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;amp; others the same that she had at the time of our marraige and that&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;she is to have nothing of my Estate.&amp;nbsp; I further will that so soon&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;as possible after my decease that my Executors or administrators as&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;the case may be shall proceed to sell all the property that may belong&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;to my estate and that is not specially willed at public sale&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;to the highest bidder on a credit of twelve months with&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;interest from date of sale and to take bond with good security&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;in all cases to secure the payment of the money.&amp;nbsp; My will is&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;that my two servants Bob and his wife Clary be sold&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;together and my wish and desire is that they be bought by some&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;one of my children and that they be kept in the family as &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;long as they live, my further will is that the two thousand&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Dollar bond given to me by my two sons L C Reynolds and&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Wm D Reynolds be collected by my Executors or administra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;-tors, and that the proceeds of Said bond be paid over&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Equally to my lawful heirs with the exception of the Said&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;LC &amp;amp; Wm E Reynolds and that I think I give them two &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;said sons at least as much as their full and proper&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;parts of my lands in theire purchase from me of&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;the same and further will is that all the money arising &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;and her husband David Cothrane a certain&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Negroe girl named Caroline and in part of the &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Said negroe Girl I took the bond of the said&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;David Cauthrane for the Sum of two hundred dollars&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;said bond bearing date the 9th day of Nov 1836 now my will&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;is that said bond shall be charged to the said Cothrane &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;and his wife with interest thereon at the rate of 6 per cent&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;from the 3d day of Januay 1848 until settled or paid &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;and that the said bond of two hundred dollars with this &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;interest thereon be charged to the said D Cothrane &amp;amp; his wife &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;Nancy B in the final settlement of my Estate and this&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;same be rated [illegible] of my Estate, and that &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;the said bond be delivered to the said D Cothrane and that &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;the said Negroe girl Caroline with all her increase before&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;my death as well as afterwards belongs to the said D Cauthrane&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;and Nancy B Cothrance his wife My will is that whearas&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: small;"&gt;I delivered to my son in law &lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</line><line>&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;
